Phones ring simultaneously 1

Hello everybody,
Here we have a receptionist 3100, we want the exts 3101, 3102 and 3103 ring simultaneously (with a different ringtone) when the 3100 rings. How can I configure this ?

The feature is called "Group call by pilot number" and it's a bit involved to explain step by step. Get hold of a copy of the Feature programming manual and it is easy to do. If you can't source a copy, post back and I will try to walk you through it!

Very good, but how can I set a different ringtone on 3101 when the 3100 rings and a diferent one when the 3101 line rings ?

Are They analogues or digitals? If analogues then it's down to the features of the phone but with Dterms you can change the ring with one of the fnc codes(its been a while can't remember if its fnc 3 or fnc 4) Check your user guide!
