Phones Register and Unregister

Ok here is the situation. We are having some issues with phones that are both located in the same location. The phones keep going up in and down, very intermittent. According to event viewer, they unregister and the register in 2 minute intervals. In the CCadmin window they show up as not found. Even when they are working they are showing up as not found. Is there anything that could cause this, if at all possible could someone explain the not found status in the call manager? Thanks

Have you tried deleting the phones and re-building them? I had a similar problem with a phone that would work for a while then unregister. I even replaced the phone by changing the MAC address. Same problem. I finally deleted and rebuilt it and the problem has not re-occured.

Yes we have deleted the phones have a dozen times. What is the max allowable round trip distance?

I think he means that he changed the MAC address in CM to reflect the new phone's MAC.

I would try the latest phone load also. Put it on only one phone to start.

VoIP is listed as 150ms 1 way delay. It can work with more but there will be some degradation. Your phone registration is between the phone and CCM and they send and listen for 'Hello' packets. CCM usually can survive missing 2-3 Hello's before it says the phone is un-registered. Are your phones in the same place as CCM or in a remote site??

the phones are in a remote site, when i ping the phone, i get about 750ms roundtrip. The kicker is i have few other phones around the same distance, that come back registered. Only a couple phones come back not found. We figured the register and unregister problem out, we were have a problem with our router, but the phones work and are still not found??
