Phones pick up automatically.

I am running IP office 4.1 with 4412D+ phones. Some of my station automatically answer any call with the speaker on the first ring. What setting causes this, and how can I turn it off?

Ah, I found it. A left over short-code.

It can also be activated by people trying to turn on the TIME/DATE on their phone. To turn on time, you hit MENU, <--, 3rd Softkey. Sometimes the phone doesn't catch the <--, and just the 3rd Softkey (which is HFAns).
