Hi all,
I have a s8700 on the main site connected to Modular messaging. This site is fine.
I have phones on a remote site, LSP, that are registered back to the Main site but on dialing mail from the remote site you are asked to enter your voicemail box . It does not see the exstension you are dialing from ?

The company that looks after the Voicemail system have said that it appears to be working in "Non Integrated mode " from the remote site.

This does not make sense to me as the phones are registered to the main site and have similar coverage paths etc.

Any thoughts on this or has anyone seen anything similar ?

thanks

Would need some more info. When they call the mm system what does the OHV show for the transaction? And what errors are you getting in the App log on the MAS?
