phones not ringing.

All my lines have dial tones but when i try to call my voice lines the phone does not ring. Is there a way to get my phones to ring through options on the M7310.

What system and s/w are you running, do you have a voicemail and is it set to pickup first? Silly question do you have appear and ring set for the correct lines and set(s)? Be a lot more specific. Time of day and give a scenario.
