phones not registering over backup pipe 3

Have a CS1000 that is working fine with a distant call center. For redundancy we are adding a backup pipe. The network guys have been working with the vendor to try to get this backup working to no avail. We see the phone try to register but times out before it can. Can anyone look at my logs and see if they can expand on the messages to maybe give me some info to point them in the right direction.

depends on a lot of params.. bandwidth on the backup and nay fire walls.. is the backup pipe a routed network

I know it's a routed network from N.J. to Miami because that rides on us. From there to Panama it's on the vendors.
I don't see bandwidth as a problem because we're testing using only 1 phone. Firewalls are a whole other issue. They've made so many changes and switched technicians so many times(this has been going on for 3 months) I don't even think they know what they have tried anymore. I'm just tired of being on the conference calls!

Has anyone tried to ping 10.139.1.19?

ITS4011 Communication link to M1 is down.
Action:

Also, what device is 10.139.1.19? I think we just need some more info to help you figure this one out.
 
From grab a copy of NN43001-730 "Communication Server Release 5.x Troubleshooting Guide for Distributors". It has some good detailed information on troubleshooting VoIP issues.

Something is blocking the UNIStim RUDP messaging between your CS 1000 and the IP Phone.
 
I can now ping the the phone which earlier I could not which is a I2002. I'll get with the network guys tomorrow and see what I can hash out. Thanks for the responses and I'll post the fix as soon as I get it. I hate when people suck the info from here and don't give the resolutions.
