Avaya CM PBX - have 3 phones programmed with crss-alrt buttons (all 9640 sets). They all used to ring for crss but now only 1 phone rings. No programming was changed. Has anyone had a similar occurrence and if you did, how did you resolve it? Thanks
I'd test it out by making your cell # the same call type as 911 and trace and see. I know things like tenant and location can impact crisis alert - to keep it local to a site or system wide. "Allow crisis alert across tenants" in system features for example.
