PHONES LIST - BULK DOWNLOAD

We have a CM7.13 system.
1) I have developed a program that will take data from a BULK ADMINSITRAION download (BULK ADMIN/PHones/Export Phones/Specific Details/)and parse it into an electronic phonebook we maintaine for our end users.
2) I have automated the export so that it runs each day at a specific time and makes the TEXT file (Actually a comma seperated text file) available for downloading under BULK ADMIN/UPLOAD - DOWNLOAD FILES/
3) I would like to automate the proccess of picking up the file from the CM server and moving it to the server that actually runs my program.
4) I have tried TFTP and can not find the export data file.
5) Does anyone know how to move this file from the CM server using ftp, tftp, or by some other method? Does anyone know where the files are stored on the CM server?
