Phones in the same RNPG with voicemail access?

I recently added voicemail subscribers to a couple of phones that are in the same pickup group (PUA type) and when you call their extensions, it just rings out. They do have VMSA enabled on the CLS, but I'm thinking that phones that are part of pickup groups cannot have a voice mailbox attached to them. Is this the case?

Best to post a TNB print but you should be looking at things like FDN and CLS FNA MWA.
HUNT and CLS HTA may also be important.

That is not the case. Pick up groups has nothing to do with having voice mail

Thanks, Stanley! It was all of the things you mentioned missing, save for the MWA, which was already in there. Added the FNA and HTA to CLS, and HUNT 5996 and FDN 5996 and it started working. Thanks for helping this n00b out!

I also had to change the LHK and LPK to the buttons their DN was assigned to.
