Hi We have a CM6 large avaya platform and a mixture of IP & TDM phones we seem to have a creeping lurgy we had an occurrence of one user saying during a call potentially internal & External (But not every call) she was hearing touch tones roughly about every 30 seconds during a call.
We discovered the phone appeared to be dialing itself the only fix was to remove the station re add it but this meant
Busy & Rel our 4624 station for the voice recording and we had to stop and restart voice recorder to re ack the re-built station
Thought it was a one off but we have been getting reports over the last couple of days of more phones being affected over various sites
Some IP phones Some Digital.
The traces indicate the touch tones are the phones calling their own number
Has anyone encountered this before
