Ok, first I thought it was a fluke that last week one of the sale rep's phone decided to reset itself. (flashing and whatnot like when you first plug it in.) But it just happened again to the President's phone. (whoops!) Which now makes it a major issue.
So what has been described to me is that:
(1) Whatever call they're on will drop
(2) The phone will begin to flash
(3) It makes funny noises. (I have not heard these noises. I assume it's the same "tone" it randomly makes every once in a while.)
I've done the Feat*226344 and the settings on both phones match all other phones in the building. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.
