PhoneManager Pro Agent Mode Not Working

Some of our call center agents that are members of multiple groups use PhoneManager Pro to "log in" and "log out" of specific groups. I swear this was working at one point for us, but all of a sudden it stopped working for one of our agents. If she goes into PhoneManager Pro Agent Mode settings and "unchecks" a group it does not recognize her status (i.e. if she logged into a group it does not reflect that status in the CCC Group Monitor).
