I have installed PhoneManager in Windows 7 Ultimate (VMWare Fusion Virtual Machine on an iMac). PhoneManager starts as PhoneManager Pro. I am able to double-click group members to call, but their statuses (on the phone, DND, VoiceMail) do not appear. Also, after 5-10 minutes, the 'Pro' designation disappears. I have disabled the Windows Firewall, but still cannot get group member statuses. Where should I begin?
