One of our customers is using thin client workstations with terminal-server sessions in Win2k. Is their anybody who is having experience with these application running on workstation in terminal-server mode?

I know that Phonemanager can be used in a Citrix environment, but I have not got a clue about terminal-server.

There are allso 10 persones who need to use the PhonemanagerPro in CCC mode. So all functions should be supported.

Thank you for helping me out!!

Hi There,

We are using Phonemanager under Windows NT 4.0, and I have done some basic testing using Windows 2000.

There are some caveats:

Each user's session will be different. Therefore you will have to log on as each user and setup their Phonemanager(at least, this is what I did - the user can do this themselves but I think it is better if the admin does it).

You should change the skin on Phonemanager to 16 or 256 colours if you are using NT 4 - I'm not sure about Windows 2000. The default phonemanager colours are higher and look terrible under terminal server. Skins can be found at which work with Phonemanager.

Hope this helps.

you need to make sure they have permission to write to the correct files otherwise the config will not be saved
