phonemanager agents status

the status of the agents, shown in the agents icons in the tab speed dials is not present or not reliable does anybody know a reason of solution

Are the PhonemanagerPC's on the same subnet as the IPOffice?
Otherwise only the first 10 off-subnet PC's will get BLF updates.
On the same subnet the IPOffice uses broadcast to update all PC's.
 
all agents are within the same network
all ports on the switch are open
when you choose a agent to call you see the status, but not automatically in the speed dials

what does broadcast mean?
subnet mask is the same (255.255.255.0)

Description :phonemanager User Speed Dial BLF shows as permanently Busy.

Fixed in : MT_RELEASE_4Q07_3.2

3.2 is currently targeted for GA release on the 31 August 2007
 
I have had this before if the network isn't upto the job.

Multicast messages not getting through to the PC's to update the Phone Manager speed dials.
