PhoneMail V6.4 error E10F 1

Newbie to this forum...

I have a site with a Rolm VM system running version 6.4. When logging into the system, it displays "Please contact your Customer Service Representative now for service E10F" and the red alarm light is on. Everything seems to be running fine.

Any ides?

I have the majority of the documentation set for that stuff and there is nothing in any of the documents that refers to those error codes. I know I have gotten them before and the tech always told me to just clear it if it didn't seem like anything was wrong. It's probably a maintenance note that the floppy drive needs cleaning or something, assuming you are doing backups. If all your lines are up and you're not seeing anything in the error log, there probably isn't much you can do. My techs for that always used to call TAC, but that stuff is all past end of life and you probably won't be able to get any support.
 

Error code: E10F
A required file could not be copied. Either the file is missing (hence,
incomplete backup) or low-level copy is failing.
Action: Escalate.
Looks like you may have some corruption.
