Phonebook

Hi Guys

Does anyone have an answer or come accross the following:

On 5330 and 5340, when you have an active call and want to transfer, you hit the trans/conf button, and the customer wants to use the phonebook.

The only option is to program a Superkey (as the blue button isn;t the Superkey on these sets) and then the Phonebook appears.

or programme a key as Phone book.

Can see their point, if you're going to transfer a call be nice if the option for the phonebook appeared on screen

I've never noticed but I can definitely see their point.

I'll check on my lab system today.

As you might surmise, I'm not a user of the system, just an enabler.

yeah know what you mean!! Put in over 5000 IP phones and only had this question once!!
