Is it possible to show all the contacts in IP office using Avaya Equinox?

Yes it's possible.
Just type the contact name in the search bar next to the dial button icon

you HAVE to type a name, you cannot scroll through and actually will see nothing before you type the name

All I see is my local contacts which is saved on my cellphone not the Users on IPO.

Make sure you have the TLS Cert installed. Some folks disable TLS in IP Office to make it easier to deploy voice. However, if you don't the TLS certs installed on the device properly, you can still get voice over non tls 5060, but you won't get presence or contacts.

Hi Travis, yup the protocol that I used in the remote worker was TLS. When using Avaya Equinox for windows contacts were showing. But in the mobile, the contacts were all in my cellphone nothing on the IP Office

Do you have presence indicators on your mobile?
If you don't, then for sure it's a cert issue.

Make sure the certs are on the mobile device and trusted.

If you have to, re-download the certs from platform view.

You don't have to regenerate, just re-download and add to your mobile.

Contacts on the Avaya Workplace Application are only personal not system, so you will not have access to the system directory.
You can integrate with Outlook via the plugin and pull all your contacts from that OR copy all the system directory into the personal directory.

You should also have presence setup for Remote Workers, using ports 443/411 for presence.

Contacts on IX Workplace do show the system contacts, but only over tls, just like presence.

You need the cert installed on the device IX Workplaces is running on, and then you will get both presence and system contacts.

To show system contacts, click contacts icon, then click the contacts drop down in the upper middle of IX Workplaces, then choose WorkPlace Contacts.

@Travis Harper
Avaya IX Workplace does not support System Contacts only personal contacts as I stated above.
