Phone Tree Report

hi,

I am needing to create a phone tree report on Client Contact Center. We would like the report to show the process of the call, such as what option the caller selected and where the call ended.

The reports we've ran do not provide any of those details. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how can we create that report.

Try the life cycle reports. I believe that you have to setup DNIS and then can run a report using that. I don't think they really show the push 1, push 2 but they will track the DN's assigned to those options and the call flow.
