I was given the resposibility of creating a list of what is required from a phone tech, from running wire to troubleshooting customer problems. I'm just wondering if any one has or knows of any list out there. This seems like a real large project considering what it actually takes to do the job. My company want to use this list to evaluate all the techs for there skills and knowledge.

SAME....YOU SHOULD OR HAVE SOMEONE TO EVALUATE YOUR WORKERS WHILE ON THE JOB....UNFOURTANLY ITS HARD GETTING ALL PERFECT EMPLOYEES.........

Try looking at the job postings. For each catagory, I am sure when jobs are posted that the best effort it made to describe what kind of tasks would be needed.
