phone system 192.168.0.26 Rev 11.0.4.6.0 Build 18
VM Pro IP 192.168.0.25 Rev 11.0.0.0 Build 481
VM services are running I have repeatedly stopped and started them
Voicemail Tab in manager is set for Voice Mail Lite/pro THe VM Ip Address is set for 192.168.0.25
I can make changes to the call flows on the voice mail client. They save. I can close the client, sign in again, and the changes are there.

When I dial *17 I get unobtainable.
Outside calls pointed to A call flow get disconnected

I am obviously missing something here, but I sure cant determine what it is.

Any Help would be appreciated

Upgrade VmPro version to match the IPO
Disable Windows firewall on the VM server
Set a Voicemail password in Security Settings and do the same in VmPro Administration General Settings.

There are definitely no firewalls set... for certain... i am downloading the same version of VM Pro as we speak and will make that change, and check the password issue. I will advise.. for the record... touch tone... i don't often ask for help, but you have always been a good reliable source of help. Thank you.. truly your help is deeply appreciated.

The initial releases of any major release are always terrible and should be avoided. R9.1.0, R10.0.0.0, R11.0.0.0, anything along those lines should be upgraded away from immediately.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
