Phone symbol missing on receptionist's 3904 with (2) DBA attached. 3

I had to re-add two employees to our receptionist's 3904 phone with (2) DBA's attached. Since then she can no longer see the phone symbol when they are on the phone or when she selects their button to transfer a call to them.

I am very new to this and am sure I have left something off that I needed to do.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

have you done a firmware download to the phone.. the issue may be that the phone and the PBX are no running the same firmware...

Please ensure these 2 lines look same on the print out as other appearances on the receptionists set.

You possibly need to add a BFS key to the receptionist's 3904 phone for each of the employees phones that you added.
