Phone still ring even after I removed the station from the pick up group

I have a user at a remote office and the phone rings when they get a call at their main number. I did a list usage and removed that ext. from the pick-up group. The phone is still ringing.

The phone has 6 brdg-appr of the main number. Do I need to remove these brdg-appr buttons to stop the ringing on the main number?

You can change the bridged appearance not to ring (audibly) or otherwise yes it's a case of removing it.
