When searching phone/device and selecting device pool there is a column marked “Status” and “Ip Address”
I have been told that if status is unknown and IP address is unknown then the phone has never been plugged in . My question is , if you unplug a working phone does the call manager after a period of time clear the “Status” and “Ip Address” column to unknown ?
