Is there any way to monitor my phonesets and create reports?
Does Nortel have a module that will give me realtime stats?

symposium client has real time displays section. as well as a stand alone app, GRTD graphical real time display. Yes you can monitor your agents. you phone has to be an agent phone set up as supervisor with an observe button programmed.
