Phone set emulation - 2410 as a 6408D+

I have a customer who has a much older Definity system. He wants to replace his 6408D+ phones with 2410 phones. I know there is a document somewhere that outlines the button maps when you program a 2410 as a 6408 phone. Does anyone have that info? I swear I had the layout but can't find it anywhere.
