phone says reorder when using GrPic button

So here's the story...

4 phones on a group of desks

all in the same extension list, all in the same pickup group but when the users try to pick up using the grPic button configured on their phone they get reorder tone

Any ideas? checked users class of service etc all appears to be fine.

Is your user 'Page Group' linked to the correct user 'Extension List'?

Sussed it - I'd forgotten to update the user button on the phone

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
