Phone Rings

I could've sworn I saw something on what I'm running into, but the search engine comes up with nothing. I was wondering if there's a setting that controls the number of rings before voicemail picks up. If so, can it be done to individual extensions?

We have an IVS2

Individual call FWD NA timers were added in the IPS system, with ver 3200 r6.2 software. On the IVS2 there is one setting for the FWD NA timer and it is system wide. CMD 410 de 01 and 15.

Actually, the one I'm having the issue with is an IPS. We have 6 locations and all but this one are IVS2's. How would you fix it on an IPS?

What level of software do you have on your IPS? To set individual CF-NA you need 3200 R6.2 software or later.

CM 1346 and e607 are the commands

I have no idea what level software we have. How would I find out? I just inherited this phone system a couple of months ago.

It might not be an IPS after all...
anyway the MATWorX Taskbar shows SC-3385 K1-0003.08 M-SITE

OK, our "problem" looks to be completely different from what people are telling me. When someone outside calls it goes straight to voicemail without ringing, but internal calls work just fine.

check e604 and e605. It sounds like split call forwarding is set.

E604 and E605 show NONE

If it is only from the voicemail that transfer is not allowed, then the voicemail box has the dnd on or transfer disabled.
If you cannot dial internally then you have two options a. DND, press #8 to disable dnd. b. You have call forward all to vms, press #5 to take off call forward all.
