Hello Everyone

Seem to be having problems with one of my EPN's. Towards the end of the day users were calling saying that Audix wasn't taking there pin numbers, then I received a call that people were making phone calls but the person being called couldn't hear the user that initiated the call. Did some research and found that all these particular users that were initiating these calls were coming from one EPN and all the other EPN'S were working fine. I have no alarms or indications that there is anything wrong. Definitely more than one port as well within the cabinet in question.

I appreciate anyone's input on this

Thanks for your time.

Okay I figured it out, appears as though my PNC-B switched to PNC-A, PNC-A had never been tested 100% since I put in a new SNI card so I need to work on that. Not sure why I don't show any alarms though. I have to ask a question that I should already know the answer to but I'm still learning. How do I switch the PNC-A back to PNC-B manually, is there a process of commands to do it safely?
