Hello All
Recently moving Bell PRI and 1FL to Rogers SIP Line that come into our Avaya SBC, then to our Avaya SM and then to the CS1K which has the set on Analog Card, Some of the existing Bell PRI still ring to the sets and continue to ring if the call is not answered.
We have a few (about 150) of the SIP lines that will Ring 5 times and then you hear a busy signal. Weird thing is some of the SIP phones Ring and you don't hear a busy signal, it will continue to ring at the set level, I compared the sets, but not seeing what i'm missing. We don't have voicemail setup on these sets.
