How do you type letters on a 7940 phone so I can log into user accounts for extention mobility.
We have been creating two accounts for every user one with there login name such as first intial of name + last name and then an account called 2460 so they can use it to log in because we dont know how to type letters into the 7970 and 7940 phones. Is there anyway we can type letters in with just the keypad?
