Phone profile errors

Good Day;

on job site and noticed all users changed their phones to 3904 series. All profiles show their phones as 2008 or 2006. I believe Ld 20 allows me to make the changes but how do I just change the phone profiles from 2008/2006 to represent the appropriate phone's 3904. Any assistance will be apprciated

You canty change the set type to my knowledge, you will have to out the set and rebuild it wiht the proper set type

only works with IP phones from what I tried. as buddy said, lots of typing.....

You may want to see what release they are running, I believe you need 25.30 for 3900 series phones
