Yesterday we had a FIJI card that decided to take a break. It caused are phone switch to INI itself. When the phone switch came back on line some of the phones have changed appearances. I have tried numerous attempts to bring them back to what they are suppose to be. I have tried flash downloads, changing features, deleting them and rebuilding them, disabling the phone, disabling the card and reseating them and it still doesn't work. This is on a Nortel 81c and we are using M3904 phones. Any Help would be great, since our service provider doesn't think it is a great issue to have our phones up and working. Phone problem

The main number is missing off the phone, the display screen is displaying different symbols instead of our logo, ring again is active on the phones and we do not use it, there are a few phones that now have room service key on the phone and we are not a hotel. It is very strange to look at the phones.

The problem was with a controller card in the shelf. Disabling the shelf and re-downloading the controller fixed the problem. Good lesson learned. Most of the TN's affected where in this shelf. There were about 6 that where not in this shelf.
