phone panasonic with BP

hi I have Panasonic analog terminals connected to a central BP.
The Panasonic flash time is 98 ms terminals and central BP 90ms. When we make a call from the terminal if the R button is pressed the call is put on hold and if we press the call recovers; but when we got a call, press the R button when the call is placed on hold and if we press a recall was carried out and we are not able to retrieve the call until it gives busy tone.

Any ideas for the R key does not do the recall?
