Phone not showing time and date, no dial tone

Hi, We have a problem in our office. One of the phone suddenly does not show time and date and there is no dial tone. but the person is still able to receive a phone call.

We are using BCM 400 and Phone is T7208.
We dont have a spare phone but the other office is using T7316e with anothe BCM,i dont know the model number.

Can we use this phone? probably need some programming on the switch?

You can use this phone, the BCM will auto detect the model of phone.

So i dont have to reprograme the phone. BCM will detect all the keys that need to be assigned in this phone?
Like Forward button, hold

It will assign the default keys, use F*0 to see how each key is programmed and change the label.
