Ok I have one phone that will not ring to vmail. It worked before the office remodel which they just took out the phones did remodel then put phones back in. Now this ext just rings and rings and rings and wont go to voicemail. I can press the message button and the box is there and active but just doesnt pick up. Can any one help me with a feature key or something that may have been pressed to disable forwarding to vm on no answer? I am experienced with many phone systems but NEC isnt my strong suite so trying to follow the programming guide isnt getting me any where. Thank you in advance.
