i have just got the hold of a kirk dect system. i have connected it to 10 analogue ports on my g3si. I need to be able to make the analogue extension ring at the same time as the desk digital extension, so that when the user is away from the desk , they can answer . i could use call forward, but then it would take longer to answer......

any help would be useful....

Do you have access to EC500? You could make that work really easy...

Hello,

If you want two or more phones ring at same time, you could use coverage answer group or Terminal extensions groups.

If you dedicate each analog line to a specific digital station, you could just put a bridged appearance of the digital line on the analog port.

Of course you can only bridge 1 appearance of the digital line, so it will accept only 1 incoming call. If a second incoming call were to ring on line appearance 2 of the digital station, it will not alert the analog line associated with the station.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
