phone master issues

[tt]We have 61C system and using phone master as well
While using phone master some extensions not showing in phone master but if use commands(hyper terminal) that extension exits in the system. What is the reason and how to synchronize all extensions that is in system to show in the phone master.

WOW phone master that is old......

is there any tab that point to sync down from the PBX & not sure if phone master was licensed to only administer a certain number of phones, if so is the spare capacity to bring down missing sets?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
