phone manager wont find unit

Silly question , but which Phone Manager are you using.
Older Alchemy version will NOT work with IP Office Systems.
If you are using the IP Office Version and you have supplied the unit's IP address in the PBX menu option then your user list will appear.

the software was from the CD sent with the unit, but I have found out that call status relies on the tcp/ip whereas phone manager uses tcp/ip plus it also uses TFTP, changing the firewall settings solved this one...thanks for the replies, hope this helps you if you get the same fault. Gordon Clark
