Phone Manager Softphone 2nd Call

On a 412 running 3.1.65 this is what's happening.

Phone Manager Pro PC Softphone users can not take a 2nd call. The call comes in and is seen in phone manager but when you click hold or the other incomming calls both calls then drop off the phone. The user software is the newest one as well. I have tried with and without call apperance buttons but the result is the same.

Well I figured out that just clicking on the 2nd call will connect you fine without dropping any calls and you can click back and forth no problem.

Why would the buttons that are built into the program not work?
