Phone manager pro will log calls in the missed/outgoing/recieved fields for about 3 weeks then the customer will loose the data the missed/outging/recieved from that day back 3 weeks. Then it will start logging data again. I’ve create a new profile/uninstalled and reinstalled Phone Mgr Pro several times. I need a solution to this issue. The customer "my documents" is stored on the local machine and there is no settings blocking or scheduled deletions set-up on this machine. Also to note no one else in this company has this problem. I am at my witts end. Can anyone help?
