Phone Manager Pro V2 Display when Agents not Logged on

I have a site with an IP 406 V2(16) all users are using Phone Manager Pro. The users are set to forced log-on. The speed-dial tab dosn't display the status as busy or not logged-on for the users that are not logged on. If you press F1 and find the user via the directory then BUSY is displayed for the user. I have been advised that the Soft Console displays the correct status. The site is not using V/Mail.
Any Ideas?

Yes phone manager will not show the logged off Soft console will.

Phone manager will show DND the ion goes blue.

PS CCC also shows lgged off.

Do you not think that phone manager should display the status as logged off?
Ive been told that we need to put a feature request to Avaya.
