I have PM Pro installed throughout the office so that users can use the speed dial menu like a BLF listing to determine who's online, busy, etc. We have one user who's listing does not show anyone's status. All the icons are red indicating that all the users are offline.

All the other PM Pro features work except for this.

I'm running 3.2(55)

Firewall.

Turn off or poke an exception in the windows firewall.

The IPO communicates BLF updates using broadcast on specific ports. These are usually blocked by firewalls on computers

Take Care

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Is the PM on a different subnet to the IPO?

If it is, how many do you have on a different subnet?

The IPO sends out blf as broadcasts, obviously broadcasts do not traverse subnets, that is the whole point.

If the IPO sees a PM on a different subnet it will create a unicast session with that instance and send the blf that way to overcome the broadcast thing. It can only create ten unicast sessions so if you have more than ten PM on a different subnet only the first ten to log in will take up the unicast sessions, anything after that will not get blf updates.

run the avayaFW.bat , this should turn off the ports for PM.
