Phone Manager pro ringing problems

I am installing Phone Manager pro in VOIP mode and every thing works great, however I can not get ringing through the speakers or the headset when making a call. Incomming calls ring in just fine. Any ideas?

Tick PLAY SOUNDS in the configure preferences field

Play sounds is ticked, every thing works I hear incomming ringing and the voice transmitions, when I make an out going call, be it a internal or external there is no ringing from the speakers or the head set.

Check offhook operation is checked.

Do you have the same problem when you make internal calls to extensions?
