Phone Manager Pro Problem

I'm having a problem with my phone manager pro not being able to call a number back in the "Missed" Tab. It does however work for internal extension numbers. Im running phone manager 2.1.8. Thanks

do you need to prefix an area code to the number,it may be missing the 0 if so you can add a prefix number, i think its on the line form??? have to go check

I can Right click on the Missed call and add it to speed dial. I then have to edit the number to put a 9 in front of it for it to work. I want to just be able to double click on the missed call and have it call back.

yopu need to modify you line configuration
In national prefix & International prefix insert a leading 9
this will add 9 to the CLI & allow PM to call back.

Where do i edit the line configuration? Do i edit in the manager program?

In Manager by line.

Here you see National and international and can ad the leading 9.
