Phone Manager Pro pop on DDI

I am trying to get Phone Manager Pro ver 3.2.36 to pop on DDI, i have added the reg entry for PopOnDDI but it still uses the Calling Number instead of the DDI.

I am using a script in the directory with the DDI number and it will not display, when i change the number to my mobile number and phone the DDI it will pop the screen.

Any ideas?
