Our client is running IPO v6.0.8. The issue is with Phonemanager Pro. The speeddials field does not show the status of each user. We can see calls coming in, however, the 'real-time status' does not appear to function correctly.
We had it working for last couple years or so, but this client recently joined the local user profile (the one running phone manager pro) to a domain. I don't know if the 2 are related or not...
thoughts / tips / suggestions?
