Hey everybody. I have a customer that is using phone manager pro on a IP500 v2 R6. I wanted to see if anyone has ever modified phone manager on an agent pc to place the phone in do not disturb when a screen pops up. the customer is using a custom database the pops when customers call in. They would like the phone to go in a DND stat until they close the database program. Has anybody ever been able to modify phone manager in the registry to do this? thanks again.
