Phone Manager Pro DND on screen pop

Hey everybody. I have a customer that is using phone manager pro on a IP500 v2 R6. I wanted to see if anyone has ever modified phone manager on an agent pc to place the phone in do not disturb when a screen pops up. the customer is using a custom database the pops when customers call in. They would like the phone to go in a DND stat until they close the database program. Has anybody ever been able to modify phone manager in the registry to do this? thanks again.

Errm apologies for being a little bit simple but PMP is although good and i like it very much liiike my wife she sleeeps with cows yakshamash , its going to go bye bye soon can the person ansering the phone not just either dial a short code or have a dnd button set up , my friend i thinnnk you are not understanding the my wifeee like the chicken too ,
anyway i reckon this you will not get unless you pay me £10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 to hack avaya and alllow the setting, or as stated DND button.
