Phone Manager PRo answer delay 1

Our phone manager pro users( voip) are reporting a 4-5 second delay when they answer a call before they hear the calling party. They seem to have to say hello a few times before they hear anybody. Can someone help to reduce this delay?

We had the same problem , it was solved after an software update
