Phone Manager Pro and Recording Calls 1

Have Voice Mail Pro & Phone Manager Pro version 2.0.

Phone Manager Pro has ICONS for starting and closing a recording of ythe current conversation.

Works on 2 of the 5 PC's using PM Pro

All PC's are XP Pro and I cannot see any seetings which effect the ICONS being displayed or not.

Ensure (on the preference options) that your phone manager clients are in 'agent mode' (they need to be part of a hunt group for this). They then have the additional functions you refer to.
